SATURDAY, MAY 31 - ARRIVALS & CASUAL GATHERING

• Since everyone will be arriving at different times, this day will be casual with no fixed schedule.
• Check-in at the Grand begins at 4 PM (early check-ins available upon request and availability)
• For those who have arrived and want to gather for dinner, grab takeout from a nearby restaurant (recs coming soon). Or, pack a picnic from your room!
• Join our group at Torian Plum Lawn / Burgess Creek Beach (5 minute walk from the hotel). This will be a relaxed time to connect, unwind and kick off the reunion! No fixed time.

SUNDAY, JUNE 1 - FIRST FULL DAY & GROUP DINNER

• 9:30 - 10:15 AM | Welcome & Orientation (📣 Everyone together!)

  - Gather in our meeting room inside the Grand.
  
  - Quick announcements and a short time of worship/thanksgiving.
  

• 10:15 AM - 5:15 PM | Free Time!

  - Enjoy the day however you’d like.
  

• 5:30 PM | Group Dinner at The Grand (📣 Everyone together!)

  - A night of laughter, old photos, videos, hilarious stories, trivia, and maybe even a skit or two!
  

MONDAY, JUNE 2 - FREE DAY - CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE

• This is your day to plan however you’d like! Activity and restaurant suggestions coming soon.
• If you’d like to plan a group activity and invite others (pickleball, card games, hot springs visit, etc.), let us know, and we’ll help spread the word!
